Merchandise Terms & Conditions

Detailed below are the Terms and Conditions which apply to all transactions on the United Chiropractic Association website.

When you place an order for any of our merchandise (including cards, artwork, posters, books, stickers, DVDs, brochures, pregnancy equipment and clothing), it confirms that you accept all of the terms and conditions  listed below.

Pricing & Discounts

• All product prices are shown in UK Pound Sterling and are exclusive of delivery.
• Product pricing is subject to change at any time, but not once your order has been placed.

Availability

• All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
• If we are not able to complete your order due to out-of-stock product(s), you will be contacted in the first instance if an alternative is available.
• A full refund on unavailable products will be given.

Images

• All images of the merchandise on the United Chiropractic Association website are either taken by us or our commercial partners or supplied to us by our customers and ambassadors.
• Please ask us permission before using any of our pictures.

Product Details

• All products on the United Chiropractic Association website are brand new unless stated otherwise on the individual product descriptions.
• Whilst the UCA endeavor to give you as much information as possible about products, if you would like to know more please email contact@unitedchiropractic.org. 

Dispatching Orders & Delivery

• All orders are dispatched via DPD or Royal Mail.
• Please refer to the UCA Delivery Policy for information on pricing.
• The UCA  cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged orders. However, we will try and help you as much as possible and will always provide you with delivery information. 
• Please ensure that all details of your postal address are correct before submitting your order.
• The United Chiropractic Association cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses entered as a delivery address.
• We reserve the right to decline any order.
